Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and jtea7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jtea7 website located at https://jtea7.app, including all associated services, products, features, content, and functionality (collectively, "the Service").

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise interacting with any part of the jtea7 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing jtea7 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

jtea7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The jtea7 platform is strictly intended for use by adults aged 18 years and above. Access to the platform, creation of an account, and participation in any real-money game or wagering activity is prohibited for any person under the age of 18. 18+

By registering an account on jtea7, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity in the creation or use of an account;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jtea7 or any affiliated platform, or if you have, your self-exclusion period has fully elapsed;
• All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, current, and complete.

jtea7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during any account review. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible user may hold only one (1) registered account on jtea7. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jtea7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. This information is used for account administration, identity verification, responsible gaming purposes, and payment processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jtea7 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account security;
• Never log in using public or shared Wi-Fi networks without a secure VPN connection;
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device;
• Contact jtea7 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jtea7 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and applies brute-force login protection and automatic session timeout measures to safeguard all registered accounts. While we take all reasonable technical precautions, account security also depends on the behaviour of the account holder.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jtea7 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All accepted payment methods are listed in the Payments section of your account dashboard.

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your jtea7 account within 5–15 minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance depending on the initiating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment channel used for the original deposit where technically possible. jtea7 does not accept third-party payments — the name on the payment account used for deposit must match the name on the registered jtea7 account. Withdrawals submitted via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket under normal conditions are processed within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfers typically complete within one business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jtea7 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside jtea7's control.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before first payout;
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review where fraud prevention or responsible gaming checks are triggered;
• jtea7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (proof of identity, proof of payment method) before approving any withdrawal;
• Funds deposited and not wagered may be returned to the originating payment method at jtea7's discretion upon account closure;
• jtea7 does not accept credit cards. All deposits must originate from accounts and methods held in the user's own name.

General bonus conditions that apply across all jtea7 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable;

jtea7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a user's account.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jtea7 platform are sourced from established, independently audited game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) that produces statistically independent outcomes for every round, spin, or hand. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of jtea7, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are personally responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jtea7 platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account in your name;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using funds that originate from criminal activity or attempting to use the platform for money laundering purposes;
• Accessing the platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any non-human method of interaction;
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform software. Any discovered errors must be reported to jtea7 support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or collusion with other players;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the jtea7 platform;
• Using the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair jtea7's servers or network infrastructure;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.

jtea7 employs automated fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jtea7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account in question, withhold any pending withdrawal, void any bonuses or bonus-derived winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

jtea7 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring and jtea7 may request source-of-funds documentation from any user at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Suspension & Closure

You may request the closure of your jtea7 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jtea7 will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your last used payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

jtea7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will be notified via the registered email address before any administrative action is taken.

For users seeking account closure for responsible gaming reasons, jtea7 offers self-exclusion as an alternative to permanent closure. Self-exclusion can be activated for a defined period (30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanently, and takes effect within 24 hours of request. During any self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened or accessed under any circumstances until the period has fully elapsed. For permanent self-exclusion, the closure is irrevocable.
